My techie-dude answered all

my questions and

took the time to

explain everything in

detail which was very

helpful

Ryan was extremely

helpful in answering

all of my questions to

set up my account.

He spent 45 minutes

talking me through

each step. He was

very patient and

walked me through

each step and waited

to ensure everything

worked before

moving on to the

next.

The information I

received from

my employer, was

insufficient for me to

set up my account

myself. I was not told

what my organization email was, or

that it was different

from my login. For

future new hires it

would be very

beneficial to have a

document that

outlined how to do

this set up.

I got scammed and hackers got my bank info. Got Identity robbed.
I found out when I went to my bank to extend my credit.
My banks, Equifax, the police and everyone gave me the run around.
